To support a range of member needs and drive engagement across products, we developed a series of targeted mailers for Financial Resources Federal Credit Union. Two of the pieces promoted Job Skills Training Loans, designed to help members invest in their professional development. Another focused on a seasonal Skip-a-Pay program, offering flexibility during the summer months. Additional campaigns featured Mortgage options, High Yield Certificates, and Home Equity Loans—each tailored to help members make the most of life’s big financial moments. We also created promotions for special checking account offers designed specifically for community heroes and veterans. Each mailer featured clear, benefits-driven messaging and bold, accessible design to ensure strong visibility and response across FRFCU’s diverse member base.
These efforts were supported by a consistent, branded ad template we developed in February, which has been used across FRFCU’s campaigns from February through July. The template allows for high visual impact while maintaining brand consistency, and has been an essential tool for driving awareness through a variety of custom campaigns targeting specific audiences and market segments. Each piece features clear, benefits-driven messaging and bold, accessible design to ensure strong visibility and response across FRFCU’s diverse member base.
